Our purpose is to Check, Adjust and Empower the families of the Illawarra towards optimal health and wellness through natural chiropractic care.
Our Chiropractors at Health in Hands regularly conduct Health and Posture assessments and present Workshops to community groups free of charge. We also offer Employee Wellness Programs to local companies and business. We travel extensively, both nationally and internationally, to train with the leading experts in health and wellness so that we are able to bring back cutting edge information to our Practice members and our community. There are a number of places where you have probably seen or heard us in our area. Come out and visit us, we know it will change your life! Here are some of the places where we have conducted various Community Outreach Programs :
Through conducting Community Outreach Programs throughout the years, we have chosen to assist various charities, some of which include The Wesley Mission, Make a Wish Foundation and The Cancer Council.
