Health in Hands Chiropractic Wellness Curriculum – ‘Empowering people to achieve Optimal Health’


“The Secrets to a Vibrant Healthy Life…Why Survive When You Can Thrive?” - Knowledge is Power and this is the first step to achieving better health and wellness.  We look at the broad spectrum of wellness and how to achieve sustainable health and happiness in the context of the modern world.  This workshop is a great way to start making easy powerful changes in key components of your lifestyle that will make a genuine difference to how your body is functioning everyday.

“The Wellness Lifestyle Series…The Secrets to Optimal Health” – This advanced series includes cutting edge in health and wellness.  Dr April Traynor provides detailed and practical approaches to implementing an Optimal Health Lifestyle, enabling you to take your health to the next level.  For people who want to be the best they can be.  There are three components running as separate workshops.

Component 1   Eat Well – Understand food and the impact it has on our body.  Reveal what the food labels really mean and what to look for.   Includes example menus and a “shopping tour”

Component 2   Move Well - Learn how your body works and what it needs to functional optimally.  Observe and participate in practical exercise demonstrations that will outline the most important movements for your body.  You will be surprised and excited by what you learn!

Component 3   Think Well
– Learn about how stress impacts our health and how it has become one of the major killers today. Find out how to best deal with the stressors of living in the modern world
